My Favorite Kitchen Essentials That I Actually Use
There are plenty of kitchen gadgets that end up sitting in a cabinet after a few uses. These aren't those products. Every item on this list is something I've personally purchased, kept, and continue to use because it genuinely makes cooking, meal prep, or kitchen organization easier.
Ninja Crispi
The Ninja Crispi has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen appliances. I love that the cooking containers are made of glass, making them easy to monitor while food cooks, simple to clean, and completely dishwasher safe. It's perfect when I don't want to heat up my full-size oven for a smaller meal or leftovers.
One thing worth mentioning is that you can't manually set the cooking temperature. Instead, you choose from preset cooking modes like Re-Crisp, Bake, Air Fry, and Max Crisp. That may be a downside for some people, but it honestly hasn't bothered me. Since the containers are glass, I can easily see how my food is cooking and stop it whenever it looks ready.

I mainly use this scale for baking, so it's not something I reach for every day. That said, it's been consistently accurate, easy to use, and incredibly reliable. I've owned it for over six months and still haven't had to replace the battery, which has been a pleasant surprise.

Switching to glass food storage containers was one of the best kitchen upgrades I've made. They stack neatly, keep leftovers fresh, and I never have to deal with stained plastic containers anymore. They're sturdy, easy to clean, and get used throughout the week.

These mixing bowls are surprisingly versatile. The set includes individual lids for each bowl, making it easy to store leftovers or prep ingredients ahead of time. I can't say exactly how this works, but I can say that ever since I started using it, I haven't noticed any unpleasant smells when I open my refrigerator. It's one of those small products that quietly does its job, and I haven't felt the need to replace it with anything else.
